Today, we are looking back at one of our favorite weddings we were able to create for two of our grooms from last summer.  We created a magical outdoor setting for them with a rustic vibe, with an elegant garden feel.  

It’s big thanks to the teams at Stems and Sound Investment that helped us create this look.  Lets start with the ceremony.  One of the most memorable parts of this wedding, was the ceremony.  Not only was the ceremony well thought through and elegantly spoken, the ravine was just a magical setting for the ceremony to take place at.  With a rustic inspired arch creation, it was just a simple, yet elegant touch to make a perfect anchor for the ceremony to take place in front of.

From there, we transformed the terrace with a combination of wooden farm tables, and linened round and rectangular tables.  We were going for an elegant look that had a rustic/farm look.  By doing that, the first thing we deiced to do was use a neutral base pairing that with a French Country chair.

The next thing to do was to mix in the wooden farm tables to create a little more interest in the space.

From there, we created a floral-scape for each table that was simple, yet interesting and full of texture and placed in interesting vessels and candle jars and lanterns.

From there, we added some lighting that really just added to terrace as the sun went down.  With a combination of uplighting and the over head cafe lights, it was just simply stunning!

 

One of the final touches was the wedding cake, created by Amy Beck Cake Design.  This rustic inspired cake sat on a bed of birch and was adorned with sugar succulents and florals.  It was simply perfect!
